Alpha Workspace processes institutional, administrative, academic, financial, hostel, library, admissions, and communication data for schools, colleges, and other academic institutes.

Alpha Education processes learning, enrollment, attendance, assignment, exam, chat, and study-activity data for students, teachers, and mentors connected to an institution or purchased learning content.

Alpha Vendor processes creator, catalog, sales, licensing, payout, and customer-support data for instructors and publications offering courses and books on the marketplace.

Some data flows between products when an institution licenses vendor content, enrolls learners in marketplace courses, or connects campus operations with learning experiences.

Account and profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, username, password or authentication tokens, role, institution affiliation, profile photo, biography, and communication preferences.

Alpha Workspace: Institutions control much of the academic and administrative data stored in their workspace. Uneto processes this data as a service provider to deliver hosting, backups, search, reporting, communication tools, and support for institutional operations.

Alpha Education: Learning activity, submissions, grades, chat, and study interactions are used to deliver enrolled educational experiences to students and teaching workflows to teachers and mentors. Access is limited by institution roles and enrollment status.

Alpha Vendor: Listing details, sales records, buyer contact information needed to fulfill orders, and payout data are used to operate the marketplace, deliver purchased content, provide creator dashboards, and process instructor and publication earnings.

Institutions: We process administrator, staff, student, teacher, and operational records needed to run the campus portal. Institutions are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to their community and for obtaining required consents.

Students: We process profile, enrollment, academic, assessment, attendance, communication, and learning-activity data to deliver education services. Student data may be visible to authorized teachers, mentors, and institution administrators according to role permissions.

Teachers: We process employment or affiliation details, class assignments, teaching activity, communications, and content created for instructional use within assigned permissions.

Instructors: We process creator profile, catalog, sales, payout, and support information needed to publish and sell courses or books on Alpha Vendor.

Parents and guardians: Where permitted or required, we may process contact information provided by an institution or by a parent or guardian to support accounts for minor learners.

With your institution, when you are a student, teacher, or mentor, so authorized administrators and staff can manage academics, communication, and campus operations.

With instructors and publications, when you purchase or enroll in their courses or books, to the extent needed to deliver content, support, and transaction records.

With service providers that help us host infrastructure, send communications, process payments, provide analytics, prevent fraud, or deliver customer support, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

With integration partners chosen by an institution or vendor, where those integrations are enabled.

With regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share student educational records for unrelated third-party advertising.

AI features may process prompts, uploaded documents, course materials, and usage context to generate study help, teaching aids, exams, summaries, or publishing drafts.

Depending on product settings, AI inputs and outputs may be logged to improve reliability, safety, and support. Institutions and vendors should review settings and policies before using AI with sensitive records or unpublished materials.

AI outputs are assistive only and should be reviewed by institutions, teachers, instructors, mentors, publications, and students before reliance in academic or commercial decisions.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Institutional data may remain available according to the institution’s subscription status, export settings, and applicable law.

Marketplace transaction and payout records may be retained for accounting, tax, and compliance purposes even after a listing is removed.

When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedules and technical capabilities.
