Institutions are schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other organizations that register for Alpha Workspace or license content through the platform. Institution administrators must be authorized to bind the organization and must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
Students are learners who access Alpha Education through self-registration, institute enrollment, or course purchase. Students under the age of 18 may use the Services only with consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized institution, as required by applicable law.
Teachers are faculty or academic staff who teach, assess, or manage classes on behalf of an institution through Alpha Workspace and/or Alpha Education.
Instructors are independent educators or content creators who publish courses, books, or learning materials through Alpha Vendor, whether or not they are also affiliated with an institution.
Mentors are individuals who provide guidance, coaching, or supplemental learning support to students through institute programs or marketplace offerings. Mentors must use the Services only within the permissions granted to them.
Publications are publishers, imprints, or content houses that list, distribute, or license books and educational materials through Alpha Vendor or institute licensing workflows.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
